Out of hours booked works
If any works are required to be undertaken outside our working hours (Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm) all of the above prices are double.
Emergency callouts
We regularly monitor our phone and emails over the weekend and bank holidays. We charge standard hourly rates for emergency call outs only to our existing clients as a courtesy to using our services.
Waste clearance and subcontractors
Any requirements for subcontractors or waste clearance will be charged in addition to the above prices.
